We would recommend Courtney to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Lake County area. We just completed the sale of our home with her as the realtor and three years prior she represented the seller when we purchased the home. Working with her on both sides of the coin, as buyers and sellers she did an excellent job. She was communicative, helpful, familiar with military families and she had wonderful recommendations for home maintenance experts who helped us prepare the house to sell.

Courtney is the epitome of agents. She pays very close attention to all the details of buying and selling homes. We contracted her to sell our Beach Park, IL house. She got us top dollar and fast. When we decided to move back to the area we contracted her to help us find a new house. I know it's cliche but she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. The local market moves quickly and she had to stay on top of her game to keep us well informed. With her assistance, we were able to find the right place at the right price.
